My son needed this book for a class. It arrived quickly and in good condition as promised. He’s finding it interesting, if dry at times.
Can't see the maps, there's a lag in turning pages, the page of print is smaller than the actual screen so you have to zoom in every page and then move it around so you can read all the words. Horrible. I want my money back.
This was selling at my university's bookstore for over $150.00 (plus tax). Even living in Canada, this book came in to cost around $94 (including taxes, shipping & handling and duties). I received the book around 2 weeks after making my purchase. Also, the book was in great shape.
It was missing 3 chapters. Pages 525-575. Because of this I failed 3 chapter quizzes and got a B+ in my class when I know I could have gotten an A
