This book taught me Bus org - I literally did not listen ONE day in class and I made a B on the final. This book taught me the basics and I just filled in what I didn't know with the outline I studied.
I bought this for my BA class, ended up with a B+. It covers a lot of topics! It'll give you a good overview of how, when, where, why. Obviously it doesn't go into crazy details but all the important stuff is there. Overall im happy with my purchase!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. The books in this series are seriously saving me in law school. The plain language and excellent structure make these books worth their weight in gold. These are such a time saver. I've even gotten to the point where I skim the chapter BEFORE class (holy crap, I know) and I feel like I can predict what the professor will say next.
Whoever edited this should be thrown to the wolves. Very distracting. Acing Business Associations is much better at covering the subjects in my course. Perhaps this may work for you, but don't rely on it as your only supplement.
Loved this book, it helped me get an A- in unincorporated business entities. Simplifies the main issues being tested on the law school exam. I wish I used this book when I took Corporations. I highly recommend this book!

This is a great quick supplement. It helps narrow down whats important for your final exam. I read it throughout the semester and again before finals. I received an A- in the class. Very helpful and it's a small enough book that you can read it multiple times.
As expected, this is a great little book to supplement my class textbooks and notes.
